W9820

The W9820 is an AI-focused workstation that delivers server-class performance in a desk-side tower. Built on Intel® Xeon® W™ processors, it provides the multi-core compute and PCIe bandwidth required for multi-GPU training, fine-tuning, and high-throughput inference.

Supporting up to 512 GB of DDR5 ECC registered memory, the W9820 can host larger models, higher batch sizes, and in-memory feature stores while maintaining reliability during long training runs. Two M.2 NVMe slots and four SATA ports enable a tiered storage strategy—fast NVMe for models and active datasets, SATA SSD/HDD for bulk data and archives, with RAID options to balance performance and redundancy.

For acceleration, the system offers five PCIe Gen 5 x16 slots, ideal for dense configurations of NVIDIA RTX Series GPUs plus high-speed networking or storage controllers. This makes the W9820 a strong fit for computer vision, NLP, recommendation systems, and hybrid AI + visualization workflows.
